The Premises is a high-spec, low-cost music complex for rehearsal and recording requirements. All prices quoted exclude VAT.

Cancellation policy: 48hrs min for rehearsals, 10 days for recording.

Recording and Mixing: Studio A

Non members rate: £450 per day plus engineer
Member rate: £360 per day
plus engineer (or assistant)

Mixing and Editing: Studio B

Price on application.

Large Showcase Studios
£15 per hour (£165 lockout)
Member rate: £12ph (Lockout: £132)

Medium Size Studios
£14 per hour (£155 lockout)
Member rate: £11.20ph (Lockout: £124)

Small Studios
£13 per hour (£145 lockout)
Member rate: £10.40ph (Lockout: £116)

All studios come with Mackie PA system, Sennheiser mics and CD players included. Natural light (except A8) air-con/central heating in all rehearsal rooms.

Mirror walls and dance floors if required.

CD Mastering

Non members rate: £65 per hour
Member rate: £50 per hour

Additional Hire

Members get 20% off the following gear hire rates (Member rates in bold)

  • Amp hire: £2ph (£1.60ph)
  • Drum kits: £4ph (£3.20ph)
  • Upright piano: £4ph (£3.20ph)
  • Grand piano: £8ph (£6.40ph)
  • Secure storage from £15 per week.

Production rooms/offices sometimes available on long-lets.
Disabled Access and 8-person lift.

Members Only special perk…
Personal practice studios: £3 ph for ‘same day’ bookings. Duos and bands: £6ph for ‘same day’ bookings.
