WE OFFER FIXED 4 HOUR REHEARSAL SLOTS: MORNING, AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
THESE CAN BE BOOKED INDIVIDUALLY OR COMBINED.
If your rehearsal carries over to the following day, you can stay set up and we will lock the studio overnight.
If your rehearsals occur over consecutive days but are not lockouts, please discuss your plans for equipment with one of our team.

EVERY REHEARSAL IS DIFFERENT, WHICH IS WHY WE OFFER A PRICING STRUCTURE TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS.
Pricing is based on room size and duration of your rehearsal.
Backline hire is an additional charge.

PA system, vocal microphones, cables, DI's, keyboard / music stands, tables and chairs are free of charge. Please let us know when making your booking.
We offer an extensive range of top quality backline. Please inform us of any requirements when making a booking.

Bookings shorter than 3 days must be cancelled with a minimum of 72 hours notice.
Bookings of 3 days or more require a 50% deposit and must be cancelled with a minimum of 14 days notice unless otherwise stated.
SAME-DAY BOOKINGS
STUDIO MEMBERS CAN REHEARSE AT A DISCOUNTED HOURLY RATE,
WITHOUT HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT SET TIME SLOTS.
Same-day bookings can be as short as 1 hour. Give us a call from 09.30am on any given day.
Space is subject to availability, first come, first served.
Personal practice from £4.80 per hour
2 or more people from £8.40 per hour

Our studios are on the corner of Hackney Road and Dawson Street (entrance on Dawson Street).
PUBLIC TRANSPORT / BIKES
The closest stations are Hoxton Overground (5 minutes walk), Cambridge Heath (13 minutes walk), Old Street (17 minutes walk) and Bethnal Green (19 minutes walk).
The nearest mainline railway station is Liverpool Street (24 minutes walk or the 26 bus takes circa 15 minutes).
We are on the bus routes for the 55 and 26. Get off at ‘Queensbridge Road’ – we are 50 metres away.
There are bike racks close by.
If you want to bring your push bike inside please feel free to take it into your rehearsal room.
TOUR BUSES
There is no official parking for Tour buses or bus power.
Tour buses can double park temporarily outside our entrance on Dawson street.
CARS & PARKING
From 09:30 - 23:00 on weekdays, we have 8 parking spaces per day at the nearby church for £7 (card payment only).
Available on a first-come, first -served basis.
Please come to reception first for a key, parking permit, directions and payment.
Please note, no large vans (transit/splitter size) are allowed.
These spaces are not available on weekends, however, there is free on-street parking. Our reception team can point you in the right direction.
Load in via our Dawson Street entrance. There is also a nearby loading bay.

STORAGE
We have more than 30 on-site cages for equipment storage.
Whether you need space for a drum kit or a complete touring setup along with merchandise, we offer various sizes on a contractual basis.
Access to the cages is available during our standard studio hours, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM. If you need access outside of these hours, kindly get in touch with our team for potential options.

Apart from our long-term rental cages, we also provide a temporary storage cage option. If you need overnight storage, remember to discuss this when making your booking. Availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
To safeguard their belongings, customers need to arrange their own contents insurance.
