Recording Studio A at The Premises

One of the most advanced recording facilities in the country, Studio A features the amazing SSL AWS900 analogue recording console/workstation locked to a Protools HD system. With acoustic design by Roger D'Arcy of Recording Architecture, the four integrated studio areas take up the entire top floor of one building. The studio is fully solar powered - the first in Europe - and was built using a high level of recycled materials. All equipment, including air conditioning, operates on low energy supplies. The studio comes with a private roof terrace. As a recording facility, Studio A is unrivalled in any price bracket. Clients: Klaxons, James Ford, Hot Chip, Lily Allen, Bloc Party, Alphabeat, Florence And The Machine, Johnny Borrell etc.
