The Art of Stage Performance

If you’re a good singer but feel that when it comes to wowing a live audience, maybe something is missing, then you could do no better than to join Carroll Thompson’s course on the art of Stage Performance on the 26th , 27th and 28th of January.
Yes, THE Carroll Thompson, Queen of Lover’s Rock who has sold millions of records and performed in clubs and stadiums all over the world.
Carroll knows all there is to know about commanding the stage and winning over even the hardest audience. She will teach you the insider methods of how to deal with stage anxiety; on-stage persona, audience connection, confidence, stage presence and how to give the best possible live performance.
On the final day, you will get to put what you’ve learned into practice, with a performance for family and friends in our spacious Studio One, which will be transformed into an intimate nightclub for the occasion!
You can accompany yourself on keyboard or guitar, or use a backing track if you want to focus mainly on vocals. The first two days will run from 11am – 4pm and the final day will go on until 5, to allow for the performances, to which we encourage you to invite your friends, family and fans. All genres considered but you should be able to sing.
£275 for all three days
(including wine, beer and snacks for the performance/party)
Places strictly limited to 12. You don’t have to audition but you should write, in the first instance, about your experience and what you hope to gain from the course.
