''Is there parking?''

''How do I book?''

The easiest way to book is over the phone. Lines are open 09.30-23.00 daily. Alternatively, please email us at the address above

''How to I make payment?''

Card payments are most suitable. Please note we do not accept Amex. Payments can be made in advance or by the end of your session unless a deposit has been requested. Artists with management contracts in place with us are able to pay by BACS

''What is your cancellation policy?''

For advanced bookings we operate a 72hr cancellation policy. If your booking is for 3 or more lockout days we will require a 50% deposit which will be subject to a 14 day cancellation policy* (*unless otherwise stated).

''Can I rehearse outside of the set time slots?''

Advanced bookings are subject to the set time slots. Same-day bookings are more flexible and can be taken when and where there is space on a particular day. Please see the rehearsals page for further information

''Is backline included in my rehearsal?''

Backline does not come as standard with your rehearsal. Please specify your requirements when making your booking. For more information please visit the rehearsals page

''How many mics can I have for my rehearsal?''

Mics are capped at 8 per rehearsal room. If we have more available on the day we will do our best to accommodate you if you require more

''Can I store my backline overnight?''

If you need to store any equipment temporarily please discuss this with a member of our team in advance when making your booking

''Can I get access to my equipment outside of opening hours?''

If you need access outside of standard open hours please discuss this with a member of our team

Do you have a list of the available backline for rehearsals?

Our backline selection is ever evolving. Please discuss your requirements with our team and 

we will do our best to accommodate any specific requests by either matching or suggesting alternatives from our inventory

Do you know any backline hire companies?

Fx Rentals have a vast selection of backline including Monitor and in-ear packages. They deliver and collect from our studios

Do you have in-ear systems?

No. To hire these for your rehearsal you can try checking with a company such as Fx Rentals

''Do you hire backline outside of the building?''

Our backline is for in-house rehearsal bookings only

''Do you allow food or drink inside the rehearsal rooms?''

Yes, please feel free to bring food and drink inside your rehearsal room. We have a cafe on site as well

''Can I film in the rehearsal rooms?''

Yes, please discuss this in advance with a member of our team when making your booking

''Are pets allowed?''

Yes, we are pet friendly. We have a studio cat so all dogs are to be kept under control in communal areas and bought into your rehearsal room during your booking

''Do you accommodate live events?''

No. We are not a live music venue and do not accommodate any ticketed events. If you have any questions in regards to this please discuss your project with a member of our team before making your booking. We reserve the right to cancel or turn away any booking that does not meet our booking standards. Please see our T&C's for more information

''Do you have wifi?''

Yes. We have reliable and fast wifi throughout the building and all rehearsal rooms. If you are live streaming please discuss your project with a member of our team when making your booking

''Where is your nearest transport links?''

Our nearest overground is Hoxton Station and the nearest underground is Old Street Station. For more detailed information please visit the rehearsals page and the Your Visit section

''Do you have a tour shop on site?''

Yes. We have a small tour shop that carries all the essentials for your rehearsals and gigs
